“American Jew” to me SYMBOLIZES liberalism and the socialist tenets that comes with. They use “Jew” and “Holocaust” when it suits them and abandon that when they vote, but they are NOTHING when stood up against an Israeli Jew, IMO.

I do realize that there are plenty of conservative, freedom-minded American Jews here, but they are a distinct minority, and my comments about American Jews are not directed at them.

Israeli Jews are also pretty socialist and they have 100% government funded abortions on demand too. Israel is more left than most Democrats.

But it is still Israel and the Muslims are far worse.

The non-religious Jews, the lost ones, unfortunately did not receive proper religious training at home. They are the grandchildren of immigrants with Bundist ties in the old country, where being an observant Jew was a crime and Communism became the religion of all. This was all they knew; they had been robbed of their rich religious and cultural heritage. When they came to America in the early 1900s, it was a hostile environment for being a religious Jew. People were obligated to work on the Sabbath and holidays or risk being fired. Kosher food was not readily available and it was expensive. Religious practices, even if they had been brought over from Europe, took a second deadly hit. And so, the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of these immigrants barely know what it really is to be a Jew or the extraordinary significance that Israel has for us. What you don't know has no value for you.

On the other hand, the Orthodox Jews are very conservative in their outlook. They often decide on a candidate based at least partially on "Is he/she good for Israel?" So you cannot, with any validity, lump all American Jews together and call them liberals. I just hope that some day the areligious Jews will somehow come back to their roots and take up appropriate values, that they will heed the call of G-d when He promised to gather His chosen from their exile (including a SPRIRITUAL exile such as we have in America).
