There is no grief with Boehner. He agrees with amnesty and is probably quite happy Obama is threatening an EO. That means Boehner can whine about it to impress the Republcan voters.
with Boehner in the leadership will he have the guts to do this. That is the big quesion.
Obama’s “Dreamer” Amnesty was much smaller and it took 2-months from announcement till the application forms were issued (6/15/12 and 8/15/12).
Obama can start the preparations, but if the GOP Congress in January 2015 is not full of $#it they can defund him before he even releases the applications.
Sure, he blamed them, but the voters did not seem to buy it.

The kenyan could have waited a couple weeks to leak this EO stuff. The only reason to do it now is to divide the GOP and blow up the lame duck omnibus spending bill. He wants ongoing conflict with a weak GOP, clearly.

I think the GOPe would love Obama to pass amnesty with an executive order. They want amnesty but they don’t want to take the heat for it.
No. The big question is whether or not the American people -- that's you and me and every other American who wants to keep their Republic -- will have the guts to take to the streets to FORCE them to do this.

To make it clear.
Every example in this article of an Executive Order that was revoked or rendered legally ineffective were bills which were signed by a later President who did not make the EO that was revoked.
That's why each part of the Government needs to be funded separately. This way the Government as a whole, won't be shut down.
Add the 'EO (insert number) shall not have the effect of law' language to the 'Homeland Security' or 'INS' funding bill.
Let Barac Insane Obama veto funding for each Department of the Government., That's why the GOP got blamed for the last shutdown, Reid wouldn't let separate funding bills go forward.
