Making a distinction among people based on skin shade is illegal and unconstitutional. It is discrimination. The government has no right to do it, even if it passes laws that pretend to allow it.

Wednesday on MSNBC’s “The Reid Report,” President Barack Obamas longtime political adviser Valerie Jarrett used charges of sexism to deflect recent reports that have questioned the amount of influence she has over the president and charged she acts more like like a crime boss’ consigliere with an enemies list than an adviser.
