"He is taking the country straight into a constitutional crisis of unprecedented proportions. "

It is possible that he is also taking the Democrat Party to extinction.

I’m wondering why Sheriff Arpaio and Mike Zullo have dropped the ball on their ‘eligibility’ investigation of Eboma?

Exactly, and 0bama’s affirmative action degree is in constitutional law.

The idiot has no idea how asinine that statement sounds to anyone with even an inkling as to what our Constitution is about.

You are right on. What you said should have been the Rep retort when Obozo last Friday reportedly told the likely new Congressional Rep leaders that he has been patiently waiting since summer 2013 for the House Reps to act on Harry Reid’s bill.

They could have then added that his refusal to enforce the current laws like immigration (or even Obozo-care!) has not helped - since any law Congress passes, Obozo would ignore anyway. So Rep need to see some good faith on his part first. (sure, right...pigs will evolve into winged creatures first).

A prediction - the socialist leader and his fanatics will continue to ignore laws to their political objectives and obstruct every significant Congressional action so they can run in 2016 on the “hated-radical-do nothing-extremist- Republicans” in Congress. Pray for the next Congress to have the fortitude and honor to do the right thing for America consistent with its Constitution. Their job is like none other in the history of the presidency.

Oh, wouldn’t you love to be the captain of the team, right now.

The nation can’t fall due to political correctness any longer.

I hope the GOP counters with a lawsuit challenging the executive authority, thereby putting a hold on any action until it can go the the SC. By then the new Congress will be sworn in and they can pass a law nullifying any such action.

Just wondering: If, as Obama claims, he can use executive power to stop the deportation of at least 8,000,000 illegals, can the reverse also be true?

That is, can another president also use that same executive power to order the DEPORTATION of 8,000,000 ILLEGALS somewhere down the road?

To me, the reverse should be true.

The first thing they need to do is file articles of impeachment. The second thing they need to do is execute Article 25 of the Constitution and at least temporarily remove him pending that impeachment for mental stability issues. The third thing is Bhoner and Mitch need to go toe USSC personally and demand that the court stay any executive or other orders/actions until steps 1 and 2 are resolved.

What do you think will be Boehner’s reaction if Obama goes ahead with amnesty?

a) He’ll cry
b) Then he’ll cry some more
c) He’ll promise not to hold up the budget
d) He’ll promise not to do any acrimonious investigations of the exec branch to show that Republicans are “serious” and can “govern”.
e) He’ll say we need to keep quiet because we need to capture the presidency in 2016
f) All of the above
g) Something else

They will jawbone and engage in political theatrics in an effort to sound like they’re doing something. But in reality, its nothing but an empty show devoid of any substance.

The country did not for vote for the GOP. It voted against the Democrats.

We're at war.

We need wartime generals.

It seems to me Boehner and McConnell are not up to the task at hand.

"But every day that I wait, we’re misallocating resources, we’re deporting people that shouldn’t be deported,"

I suppose he has honest numbers on who these deportees really are and what great contributors to America they really were.

What a flaming liar. I don't know how the reporters can sit there pretending "respect for the office" knowing what an incredible dissembler that they're heeding yet again. Lucy with a football has got nothing on Zero.

Is there no way for a court to put a hold/stay on an illegal EO?

Executive orders have been overturned by the courts. The latest two were when Truman tried to nationalize steel mills and the last time was in 1995. In Chamber of Commerce of U.S. v. Reich, the D.C. Circuit struck down Clinton's order banning the hiring of replacement workers, relying on a Supreme Court case known as Boston Harbor decided the previous year.
