Pity Barack Obama - A pariah in his own time.
The American Spectator ^ | November 5, 2014 | Ross Kaminsky

Posted on 11/05/2014 2:04:06 AM PST by Cincinatus' Wife

[SNIP]

"In a generic way, he tied the “political millstone” to Democrats across the country a month ago when he said, “I am not on the ballot this fall.… But make no mistake: These policies are on the ballot. Every single one of them.”

[SNIP]

Democrats realize it now — that, as with another former community organizer named Jim Jones, followers are expendable — but it’s too late for them despite Harry Reid’s best efforts to shield them from tough votes and cast Republicans as obstructionists when Reid himself is the source of American electoral constipation.

Poor Barack. He was kept away from every important race and most unimportant ones. How hard that must be for a man with an ego so large that it makes most Hollywood movie stars look modest.

How frustrating for someone who embodies the clinical definition of narcissism, including “Those with narcissistic personality disorder believe that they’re superior to others and have little regard for other people’s feelings. But behind this mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism.”

How difficult for a man whose every speech is replete with first person pronouns.

How unacceptable for the candidate whose nomination was to presage the end of every ill from poverty to rising seas. (Seriously, was that not the most politically narcissistic comment since “L’État, c’est moi”?)

How humiliating for the Democrats’ hopey-changey rock star, now not even fit to be a roadie for the warm-up band.

This was a guy for whom the Democrats walked water on.

In the end, he couldn’t save them.

They owe him no thanks for leading them to the lowest point in American politics - to languish in the minority.

Barack, that’s a heckuva job!

He proved he couldn’t organize an election much less than a country.

Obama is the living embodiment of the Peter Principle.

And why the democrats are so dangerous. They blindly put their own party ahead of their country. Last night’s election doesn’t end things. It was just one battle in a long ongoing war. Liberals still control many facets of our lives, from education to the media to many parts of the Government that don’t change during elections. The Republicans have yet another opportunity but as history has shown, the odds are they will squander it. Why? Because DC corrupts. As long as the Government maintains it’s largess, things will continue to get worse unless the Pubes start the government on a drastic weight loss program.

I shudder to think if Obola and his courtiers get away with an imposed legalization of eleven million illegals during the lame duck session of congress.

It should be seen as a treasonous act, another middle finger, but this time a bullet through the heart of our republic, and certainly deserving of His impeachment and removal next year.

Oh, they’ll find another attractive charlatan like Obama. But the country has had its fill of the man and finds him repulsive in the extreme.

Like the old saying has it, popularity and fame are fleeting.

Now Obama is in the same position as Bush. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

To do what you justly say must be done, power must once again be shared with the states, in a senate of the states.

The title, I’m sure, was used to get an alliteration for a very scornful article about the Eboma.

I keep thinking of the famous lines by the English poet Percy Bysshe Shelley on Ozymandias:

And on the pedestal these words appear:
“My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!”
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.’

That's Obama's fate and its a fitting one, indeed as we contemplate the political wreckage of his presidency.

Ditto.

Faux black.

Homo.

Kenyan.

Muslim.

That is no way to live your life. Remember when that rump ranger stated that America was a Muslim nation? I remember it vividly.

Obama had help with Peolos and Reid, two ideologues who weren’t even concerned with protecting their own people.

From a Russian lawmaker, some astute observations:

A senior Russian lawmaker Alexey Pushkov said the poor results of the Democrats at Tuesday’s US midterm elections to the Congress are a personal defeat of President Barack Obama.

“I believe this ‘democratic failure’ is a personal defeat of Obama, the result of his very low ratings, a sharp deterioration of his image, as he has evolved from the President of hope to the President of disappointment,” Pushkov, who heads the Foreign Committee in the Russian Parliament's lower house, the State Duma, told TASS.

Although the US President has another two years to serve, he is unlikely to “do something that will sharply change the attitude of the majority of the US population toward him,” the Russian lawmaker said.

Pushkov said during the election campaign the Democrats tried to distance themselves from Obama as any references to him were unpopular and could have led to unfavorable In particular, Pushkov said the US President is accused of being unable to deal with the Islamic State militants and spread of the deadly Ebola virus. “Obama did not suggest any distinct line that would allow the country to feel safe,” he said.

“So I think, on the one hand, this is a deserved defeat, and on the other hand, this is not just a defeat of the Democratic Party, but this is the defeat of the President,” Pushkov said.

I can't find fault with the analysis. Obama is an arrogant SOB who is not inclined to take a loss with good grace.

Remember 2008 - A Historical Election - Americas First Affirmative Action Presidency/Vice Presidency Election - First Black, First mentally Ill
First Senile and First Woman

2010 yet another historical election - The House Becomes Republican Yeah the other issue is a worthless Republican was elected to the Senate in Massachusetts

2012 historical election - A Fraud is relected through fraudulent means - Lets face it even though 4 million republicans did not vote, it would not have mattered - fraud was used.

And 2014 historical election - Republicans take the Senate by 7 (Alaska - the last one) Virginia probably a runoff and Louisana another run off, but West Virginia, Kansas, North Carolina, Iowa, South Dakota and Montana all went Republican The house gained more Republican seats.

Historic Mandate - Impeach Obama, Imprison Holder, Imporison Rice Imprison Duncan and many other Obomabots. End ObamaCare.

That is what needs to happen in order for America to come back.

Obama out and America will thrive

take the threat of Executive Amnesty and if it is tried, walk in and arrest the treasonous SOB. He truly is an SOB , because his mother was nothing but a whore, his father is truly Frank Marshall Davis. Obama was born prior to Hawaii’s state hood.

Wonder if the Repubs can get the real story!

When even the Russians despise him, that says a lot about the low regard Obama is held in by world leaders.

Well, yes, seemingly a good start. Particularly if more Senate seats can be won in run-offs.

Pause - however given the GOP's sedentary style and ineffectiveness evidenced in the last few decades, the mantle of "governing" and leadership is now squarely placed on them.

What to expect? Same old, same old? Or, in the next two years leading up the 2016 Presidential election, a number of multiple thrusts to "right the ship" and bring a new direction to America and its angry people.

Words are not actions; actions are not results. Threads needs to be strenghtened, not broken. When laws are not enforced, there is are no laws.

So, what to do? As a mire start, consider:

A. Senate releases, finally releases, its years' late budget.

B. The Federal Reserve gets audited - now! Just how deep is the hole we have been digging?

C. Quick conclusions to the numerous "investigations" started, getting rid of Issa's involvement for a start. Let it rain indictments, and if need be prosecutions.

D. Control Federal spending by: (1) freezing spending at current level, (2) DO NOT raise the debt ceiling limit - live within our means, (3) Start decreasing spending by at least 2% per year for next ten years.

E. Remove any "Reid" imposed rules in the Senate.

F. Declare, clearly declare, the Federal govenment's definition of the "middle class." This stake-in-the-ground might clarify things.

G. Stop this "Executive Order" nonsense.

And, just as a reminder, there is a pardon pen on O's desk which I suspect will be liberally applied. Recall Bubba? The GOP now has a degree of "political power" - as before, now, so what?

No guts, no glory. And, you never get the time back. So, tick, tick, ...!
