HP service absolutely sucks. Unless they gave the printer and a year’s worth of supplies free, I wouldn’t buy it.

Wow, just the kind of 3D printing development I've been hoping for! Speed and a super strong printed product, is
exactly what business and hobbyists need right now to make this technology really take off (and better prices, of course, which will come eventually).
Though I take it, judging from the negative comments about HP, we'll have to wait for one of HP's competitors to start making them if we want a reliable one. In the early days their printers were the best. And those were the only ones I ever owned, in part because they were so darned good; e.g., I just retired my 4si after 20 years of flawless service. What a workhorse!
Here's hoping HP sees the wisdom of that kind of over engineering once again.
