HP service absolutely sucks. Unless they gave the printer and a year’s worth of supplies free, I wouldn’t buy it.

I told an HP disservice rep in India in a most emphatic way that I would not buy another HP product until hell froze over. He replied, “Surely you don’t mean that!”. I said, “I sure as hell do!” and hung up. I think I set relations with India back about 50 years. HP can pound sand.
