Egypt has declared a state of emergency in the north and centre of the Sinai Peninsula after a suicide car bombing killed at least 30 soldiers.
The measures will begin on Saturday at 03:00 GMT "for [a] duration of three months," Presidency Abdel Fattah el-Sisi said in a statement, in the wake of the deadliest attack on the security forces since the army deposed President Mohamed Morsi last year.

Whether Egypt or Israel controls the Sinai, there are going to cockroaches to deal with.
Of course, he won’t give up. Obama wants to rule the Middle East when his term is up in the U.S. That’s why he ruined Libya and tried to take over Egypt.

As should be expected. They were probably making a lot of money smuggling of weapons into Gaza.
Mubarak was a saint compared to the other despots and got along okay with Israel, turning our (or the Admin turning its) back on him in a sense is a lynchpin to all the trouble that has happened.

While all this warfare becomes a “business”, tourism and pilgrimage are on a sharp decline, along with the incomes of the peaceful sorts of people.
