About an hour ago a shooter killed a guard at Ottawa's War Memorial. The same shooter, or another, then entered the Parliament Building where he was shoot by security personnel.

Police are saying nearby Rideau Centre shopping mall is now on lockdown.

Much of downtown Ottawa is locked down right now. Schools across the city have been ordered closed.

I would be quite surprised for it to be Moslem, much less ISIS. It’s not even their MO. They’re too smart to risk merely shooting; bombs are their game which kill many instantly, and are very showy.
