She needs to be asked publically about this. All democrats need to be on record about this.
“Now show me some violence against them and Id gladly watch.”
Search for “ISIS” and “salt” and you will see shite muslime terrists slicing up sunni muslime terrists with knives and rubbing salt on their wounds.
It’s a good thing they didn’t bring a homosexual to Jesus. Otherwise FReepers wouldn’t have as much to post about.
Islam should IMO be considered similarly as a deadly virus such as Ebola, and totally eradicated with no remorse. Let that be the numbers Agenda 21 seeks.
Unanswered questions:
What happened to the man/men?
Where is the National Organization of Gals?
Human Rights Watch?
Al Sharpton?
The SPLC?
Way to take what I said out of context. Do you understand context? And do you understand sarcasm? They stone women just because they are women! They don't even need a reason! That was my point.
Perhaps the “war on women” women survivors in the U.S.A. could join forces with the peaceniks of the “religion of peace” and go after these “hijackers” of the “religion of peace”. #Michellecouldjointoo.
Leviticus gives us detailed instructions about all of the offerings required (guilt, sin, wave, food offerings), and just how to perform them. Because of Jesus Christ being the offering, and the dispensation of Grace, those are no longer required. But the laws against incest, perjury, bribery, theft, and bestiality still apply. The New Testament writings make this clear as well. The harshness, in our terms, of putting someone to death for homosexuality or bestiality seem stark. But The Israelites never would have survived as a people back then if these sinners were given an inch (my opinion).
In Christ's words, I have committed adultery in my heart for even lusting after a beautiful woman. That is why the key to salvation is repent and believe, believe and repent. Christ is the only way.
There is a great aspect of sympathy to the story of Christ forgiving that woman. It showed the Lord's compassion and mercy. Homosexuals can obtain mercy as well, but it requires accepting Christ AND repentance. She was clearly repentant in the story, and Christ forgave her and told her to sin no more. He chose to demonstrate His love and mercy in this particular instance. Adultery is a sin, but it is never called what God called homosexuality - an "Abomination." That is grave sin. Perversion. Horrible acts against God. As I said, all sin can be forgiven, but homosexuality is particularly vile in God's eyes.
Yet there are people on this forum who want the death penalty for women who have abortions.
Is this a "teachable moment"?
There are people on this forum--and I am one of them--who despise abortion, and since it is not "rare" (remember "safe, legal, and rare"?) would want it to be illegal once again; and as for "safe"--it is 100% lethal for the innocent life.
So I'm not concerned about collateral damage if it were no longer legal or safe.
That is NOT the same aa the "death penalty for women who have abortions.
Is this a "teachable moment"?
Not for me--maybe for you.
Turd world barbarians.
Pray America wakes
I, as well.
That is NOT the same aa the "death penalty for women who have abortions.
No it isn't. Yet I have seen posts advocating the death penalty for abortion, here on this forum.
Islam must be destroyed.
The story in John 8 is misused by many to justify taking adultery so lightly. If a man caught in the act of sodomy had been brought to Jesus instead, these same people would have to shrug and smile on that sin instead.
Since you’ve studied the Law of Moses, you know that the witnesses/accusers were to be the first to start the rock-throwing. And you also know that when someone bore false witness, he was to receive the punishment for the crime he had accused the other of.
Yes, you’re right that sodomy is an abomination. Yet both it and adultery were capital crimes under the Law. We don’t have to backtrack far along our society’s path into depravity to find acceptance of adultery. Acceptance of sodomy is only a couple rungs down the ladder into the sewer. So if we don’t like the smell down here, a lot of blame falls upon those who shrugged at adultery.
God’s Law was intended to preserve Israel, just as you said. But even they - or the tribe of Benjamin anyway - made the full descent into the sewer, engaging in and defending sodomy.
In this case, it was clearly a setup, since only the woman was brought to “trial” and not the man. If it was a trumped-up charge, whoever cast the first stone would bring a death sentence upon himself. They took the wiser course and dropped the charges.
If I were to guess, I’d suppose that what Jesus wrote in the dirt were the relevant Scriptures governing such a farcical trial.
Sorry, that post got a bit discombobulated. Try this one instead:

Words utterly fail me.
There are some Biblical scholare who believe that Leviticus was written during or after the Babylonian Exile as a sort of “revisionism”—not in the modern sense—but based on reflecting back on how Israel had fallen and concluding “if we had only done X-Y-Z this would not have happened”.
The X-Y-Z formed the Levitical code.
It is an interesting theory.
I’d love to see an A-10 or B-52 appearing in the background and unloading ordnance on these barbarian monsters.
Cordially,
Islam is a religion of peace. It would never do something like this.
