The real “war on women”!
Worse yet? Cloaked in 'so-called' religion.....
If the hundreds of millions of Muslims out there do not condemn this stoning then I have no use for any Muslim. Simply unbelievable that we have this thought in the world in 2014....
There have been.
When did you last read the OT? Since he wrote the law, he was probably writing things like “where is the man?” “False accusers get the same punishment (stoning)”. The accusers must cast the first stones, he already reminded them. See Leviticus and Deuteronimy.
Oh come on now .... This is just how they do things in their culture! Who are we to judge?? /sarc
And we have allowed these sick animals to live in America?
The conversation gives a deep look into the black soul of Islam.
It is as cruel as the act of stoning.
Islam at its best.
And just think, our pResident was raised up in this culture and accepted it.
Now does that give you a warm fuzzy feeling all over??
They need a napalm strike followed up but nerve gas and nukes.
What are you talking about? I have seen NO such thing by any pro-lifer on freerepublic.
Good Muslims are subhuman.
This very week.
The gender warfare in this country has gotten so bad I can watch these things with total detachment; let the tough gals in the military commercials go straighten this out.
Questions that will never be answered.
Israel disobeyed the commands of God found in Exodus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. It would be disingenuous to say, “If only God had given us Leviticus, we would have obeyed Him and been spared this punishment!”
Can you provide a link to a single post ever by anyone on FR that supports this absurd claim?
Is this a "teachable moment"?
Perhaps that abortion supporters routinely lie to further their agenda.
There are probably many who are so enraged by the murder of unborn people that they would argue for the death penalty. I’ve made that argument in the past (perhaps even on FR, I can’t recall.) Taken in isolation, it’s a position easily supported from the Scriptures.
At this stage, however, there wouldn’t be much point in executing those guilty of murder-by-abortion. Nor would it be fair nor reasonable, given the moral state of American society.
Abortion is and will continue to be tolerated and supported by many, and half-heartedly opposed by many more, because we like having a “worse sin” to assuage our guilty consciences. This is the same reason why sodomy is either supported, tolerated, or half-heartedly opposed in this society. We have no other choice. How are fornicators, serial-divorcers, and adulterers going to go beyond spouting rhetoric and actually ACT to inflict appropriate punishment for murder or sodomy?
We aren’t, and we know it. We don’t like living in sewage, but we realize we can’t demand the sewer be drained, lest we be washed out with the rest. It takes an extraordinary kind of hypocrite to demand that sort of “justice” for everyone but ourselves. And - thankfully! - most people aren’t quite THAT far gone.
But why should we anyway? After all, it’s so much easier to just keep spouting the empty pro-life and anti-sodomy rhetoric.
Is this the rhetoric you speak of....?
Did you write that? Or are those bold, courageous, and defiant words someone else’s?
Ever heard of Jim Robinson?
