Pray, folks. Pray.

Could this be a Third Great Awakening? God’s Hand intervening?

I’ll say some prayers that good triumphs over evil.

This order seems to be based on technical considerations.

I get sick whenever I hear about more states being bullied into approving gay marriage by these black robed bozos and tyrants. I get sick hearing the glee in the voices of the newsmen on radio and TV. They wallow in this gay dreck

What the hell. This court is seriously bi-polar.

Perhaps Kennedy is forcing the Supreme Court to take up the issue?

WTH? Kennedy is the one who set this whole process in motion. Without his opinion, the courts would not be overturning the bans. What in the world is he thinking?

The money quote from the article: The high court's action Monday suggested that only an appellate ruling upholding a gay marriage ban would prompt the court to step in.

Scotus will have to decide if they let lower courts do their work or they make decision

Homo marriage to be decided by states

Or appeals court fiat

What a mess

Thank 14th amendment

Doesn’t mean a thing. After all, it was Kennedy that basically opin3e that laws defining marriage traditionally were only motivated by an intent to discriminate and exclude.

Really weird. Doesn’t it only take four justices for the Supreme Court to hear a case? Alito, Scalia and Thomas are three. You would think Kennedy’s decision here would mean four.

How about the fact that gay marriage is not a Federal issue. It’s not in the Constitution and there is no Federal law or regulation saying same sex persons may marry. The Ninth should not have given an opinion on it. Kennedy just slapped down the Ninth for ruling in an area they have no jurisdiction over.
