All excellent points. Seriously, Chicago is the inevitable outcome of the system that Obama is designing. I grew up there. Lived there off and on into my 30s. You do not want the United States of America to look like THAT.

By the way readers, look for teachers unions around the country to stage these “no confidence” votes just prior to a strike or a walkout by the teachers. It’s newest, secret liberal tactic by the American Federation of Teachers to get us all to cough up more cash for public employees.

Nations like Singapore, Sweden, the UK, Finland educate all students as well.
The difference is that in those other nations they offer education choices, which are not available to American students.
As a country Singapore is number one. You know why? They offer state subsidies for private schools in Singapore- in other words they offer a voucher that parents can take to the best schools their children can get into.
I was at a Springfield hotel the same time the teacher’s union was holding a multi-day workshop, quite a visual. Tables with a diverse looking mix of people being cheerlead by roving fat white women who went from table to table to ensure the “narrative” was being adhered to like a Supreme Soviet. At the guest speeches from D pols the tables in front of the rooms were staffed by trim looking white and black ladies whose job seemed to be all smiles and greeting, no substance needed.
Nothing short of being a disgrace and that’s not “Just” Chicago either and this is how the dumbing down process begins, preparing them from childhood on to become the lifeblood of the socialist party as they thrive and depend on the ignorance of poorly educated masses to vote for them so they remain in perpetual power. First promise them the blue out of the sky, which of course they never get and then screw them along with any one else they can find and tax and regulate every for what it’s worth. Our stumbling economy which isn’t going anywhere fast proves the point. And unless some drastic changes are implemented before too long, the future doesn’t look too good and the American Dream is becoming nothing more than a fond memory, in most instances it already is.
