He's a convicted felon, and in California. He doesn't have the legal right to carry. If it were you or I we would be looking at ten years for being a felon in possession, plus the fines, plus evading arrest.

Of course being shot by a rival rapper is always the BEST career boost, and dying from it is even better.
The ones that amazed me were the pilots that were allowed to carry by the FAA and walked through a metal detector while carrying. There are designated procedures to handle an armed pilot but just walking through a metal detector was not among them. This was rare but it did happen.
