this morning on WFAA they announced that they have not yet even completed the list of the “100” that have been exposed let alone track them! It has been MORE than 5 days since exposure and at least 3 days beyond the earliest incubation period.
There could be sick people out there spreading the disease for the last THREE days already that have NEVER ben contacted or quarantined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, they don’t have a right to return. They have a right to go into a secure isolation camp until they are no threat, whereupon they may be allowed to return on the condition they never go back.
That option would only be available to US citizens, all others banned.
Any stamp on a passport from West Africa would bar them from entry until cases there drop to zero for 6 months.
