A second Destrehan High School teacher has been in arrested in connection with allegations of sexual misconduct with a student. Rachel Respess, 24, of Kenner turned herself over to authorities Wednesday around 10:30 a.m., according to her attorney, Jeffrey Smith.
Authorities say she and another teacher had a sexual encounter with a 16-year-old student.
Respess was booked on one count of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, one count of indecent behavior, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Smith said.
Another teacher, Shelley Dufresne, 32, was arrested Tuesday. Dufresne, who lives in Montz, was booked with carnal knowledge of a juvenile and released on a $200,000 bond.

Just an observation, I may get flamed, but.
It occurs to me that these teachers have no morals. Work with me here. These girls grew up in a time in which it is considered ok to have sex with anybody, any number of partners, any gender of partners. They grew up in a time in which there is no morality as such in the popular culture regarding sexual behavior. So based on that, could that be why so many women teachers seem to be caught up in this? Just a thought. They have no morals, and no conception of right and wrong as far as sex goes. It’s a sad development, but, I think it may contribute to so many of these student teacher sex stories out there.
what about stupid, desperate, pathetic... mentally challenged? does any of that matter? seriously--what the hell is wrong with her that she sets aside all logic, all anything descent to be with a 16-year old boy? when i was 16 i didn't date 16-year old boys... when i was 24 i was having the time of my life with adults who had lives... careers/jobs... interests... i cannot fathom being so taken with a teenager... perhaps if i were not attractive i may have felt somewhat desperate to date "down," but not a 16-year old... and it's not the case with her--she is attractive... so what is it? emotional immaturity? i do not get it...

Not too get too graphic, but these boys were probably focused on the, shall we say, physical activities, and also eager to share every detail with their friends.
so, if these teachers were so focused on some physical activity, wouldn’t they seek out men their own ages, men who they can legally do whatever they want with??? It is hard to believe they got so carried away with lust or feelings for teenage boys that this happened. As opposed to them feeling lonely and going out to meet adult men, I mean.
They have like a million dollar artificial surface on their football field, top of the line stuff.
