So 2 out of 15 shot died. That rule of thumb I heard a doc state several years ago seems to be holding. He said funny as it sounds, 6 out of 7 people shot with handguns survive.
He wasn't much of a fan of caliber wars - didn't seem to matter from his viewpoint treating the patients. That may be as far as ultimately surviving... But we can still argue about "stopping power" and the ability (or lack thereof) to take someone out of the fight with only one or two rounds. ;-)

Over three thousand young people, mostly minorities, have been murdered in Obama’s hometown Chicago since he became President. Herbert Hoover deployed Federal agents and stopped the violence in his time. Has Obama done anything beyond talk?
