A race-baiting councilwoman in New York stormed out of a public meeting last week after a police sergeant called her out for trying to foment a riot.
You cant talk about public safety and assist in public unrest, said Troy, N.Y., police Sgt. Thomas Hoffman, who took the microphone Thursday at a Troy City Council meeting to describe Councilwoman Anastasia Robertsons actions.
According to Hoffman, the incident occurred when two white police officers patrolling a largely black neighborhood investigated a romantic dispute between two women, one white, one black. The white woman left the scene, Hoffman said, so the officers questioned the black woman.
Absurdly, that led the gathering crowd to accuse the officers of racism and targeting blacks. Then Robertson, an elected official with at least nominal relations with the police officers, showed up and made things worse, Hoffman said.
Hoffman said Robertson, who is black, got in one officers face with her cell phone recording and said: This is why the black community doesnt respect the police. You only go after black people.
Robertson offered no denial or defense. She only got up and left the meeting.
This isnt Robertsons first time making news outside Troy for her crazed reactions when it comes to race.
According to the Daily Caller, in the immediate aftermath of the Ferguson, Mo., police shooting of Michael Brown, Robertson posted an inflammatory comment on the black-oriented website The Grio referring to the United States as AMERIKKKA and writing that blacks have become a race to disseminate and destroy that will be eliminated by whites.
We are hogs for slaughter, she wrote.
In another comment, she wrote: Does America want a race war?
Robertson posted the comments through Facebook. She has since deleted them. She also apologized for them Thursday night before Hoffman spoke.
At the meeting, Hoffman asked the council for an ethics investigation into Robinsons actions, noting that she endangered her own police officers.
Ive been a proud member of the Troy police department for almost 25 years, said Hoffman, who is president of the Troy Police Benevolent Association, the police union.
And I have never witnessed a more disrespect towards the group of men and women, who put their lives on the line everyday for the citizens of this community.
Check out the video of Hoffmans accusations here:

And heres the video Robertson recorded, via the Troy Record. It doesnt show the confrontation Hoffman described, but it makes clear the hostility police officers were facing in the crowd.

All the years of slavery, treyvon martin, etc etc entitles America’s #1 victim group to freedom from criticism of any sort.
You can’t cry fire in a crowded theater (unless there’s a fire). The 1st amendment doesn’t cover it. If she incited to riot, then arrest her.
Speaking truth to idiocy.
The perpetually outraged professional victims are quite active this year.
You have a better chance of being arrested for writing that than she does for inciting a riot, and you and I both know it. When will the national divorce occur and what will it look like?
Anastasia Robertson is a professional black
She’s black for a living
It certainly sounds as though you do madam. A war you and those who think and act as you do, are certain to lose.
All Council members shall be paid an annual salary of $15,000, with payments to be made in biweekly installments.
The overall mood of the police I can say because I know many, is step back and watch. These fools are allowing thier own kind in thier own neighborhoods to run wild ultimaltley effecting only them and no one else. Dumb a##es
"Disseminate" makes little sense in this context. I think she may have meant "decimate." But who knows. Trying to use big words that you don't understand can sometimes get you in trouble.
Even if she meant decimate, that only means destroy 1 out of 10.
Hard to say when, but it will be bloody. Do you want a race war she asks? There already is a race war going on. What she should really ask is, when will your side join the battle? My question is, what do we do with good people like Alan West, Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell? What do we do with bad people like Bill Ayres and Ward Churchill?
This kind of crap comes right from the top. Holder & Older continue to try to destroy the Nation from the inside out.
The cops wouldn’t listen. The witnesses were trying to explain the problem, the cop flips his hand in someone’s face and says “I don’t know what the problem is.” Duh, you won’t listen, you try to put your own spin on things without knowing what is happening.
You cant depend on that anymore.
They are taking the knockout game outside their neighborhoods because it is easier for them to find whitey there.
They organize their flash mobs to other areas.
After Obama is out of office maybe things will be calm down again but unless government cracks down of the violence I doubt that it will. It is becoming more and more a part of their culture. If the black community leaders dont do something to stop the violence it may eventually come to some kind of war.
This is unique that a police officer owned a councilperson in a meeting (and the mayor trying to shut the officer down) but it is not unique with council people trying to agitate police when they are doing their jobs.
This was a minor domestic squabble between two lesbians and then it turns into a full-blown commentary on how the white police are the problem.
How the hell can you do an thorough investigation when you have eighteen people trying to interrupt or act like overly emotional clowns?
I for one am glad that the public gets to see how these situations go.
Sounds like someone needed an attitude adjustment, starting with a Taser and fine tuned with a size 12 enema.
anastasia sounds like a real piece of work. Who keeps allowing these just-out-of-the-jungle, uncivilized idiots into civilization and positions of authority? She should be in a cheesy apartment waiting for her EBT card to be filled.
While I think the council woman is a dangerous agitator, I am not thrilled with this comment:
“...who put their lives on the line everyday for the citizens of this community”
Lots of people do that. Utility linemen, steel workers, painters, drywallers, cabbies, convenience store workers, truck drivers soldiers, electricians, anybody who works in a refinery or a drilling rig.
The difference is no other group demands respect.
