Republican congressional leaders are deflecting the tough questions about the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria until they hear President Obama's plan for defeating the terrorist group.
House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) was repeatedly pressed by reporters Tuesday about whether he believes U.S. ground troops are needed in the Middle East and whether Congress needed to authorize an expanded military campaign.

Clearly, Obama has not conveyed his plan to congress!
Her main theme last night was that it's the job of Congress, not the president, to come up with a plan to combat IS. It was twisted logic for sure, but that was the theme.
So... it appears that Obama's strategy to deal with the IS threat (the threat to his ratings) is to shift blame to Congress.
Kill them or convert them — all other plans pale in comparison.

Because the Zero has a long storied history of Lying through his teeth, nobody can trust anything he says as being the truth.
The “plan” will be a multibillion dollar check made out to Obama ostensibly for “arming moderate muslims” which will be deposited in ISIS’s account by the end of the banking day.
Nevermind the shifting meme to blame congress for the impotency of the prez, what does concern me is congress giving Obama the key to the bank for carte blanc spending against IS, billions I hear, that this untrustworthy prez could partially divert into Marxist political party coffers over the course of the next two years, or divy up to his Arab pals under the table.
America has to be financially collapsed in the world of Marx and Cloward-Pivens. Given billions to fight ISIS is a bonanza for Obama corruption and goals for collapse.
A perfect set up against boo hoo Boehner, who would be made to look really bad for cutting back funding against ISIS in the face of Obama actually diverting money.
How about .. they’re mum on Obama’s plan for ISIS because they haven’t seen it??
So legislators have to propose a military strategy before they can criticize the leader of all of the armies of the free world for not having a military strategy? What a strange world we’re living in. The media is waiting for John Boehner and Harry Reid to come up with a battle plan.
Obama desperately avoided dealing with ISIS for months and now he threatens to deal with them without congressional approval.
He’ll be asking for a blank check and no questions asked.
True leadership would have a plan for dealing with this ISIS/ISIL threat which could be described in basic terms to Americans while not giving away information to the enemy.
The only reason the Dems/Libs are getting their a$$ kicked right now is because they are so grossly wrong on just about everything and in particular foreign policy. It would be really nice, if these spine less Repub “leaders” would step up and lead.
