Perry vetoed a bill = abuse of power.

Travis county grand jury and the DA are beyond stupid.

You screw with a lawyer’s money and you’re a ham sandwich on toast. What a joke. Our so called judicial system is a laughable farce. Greedy lawyers and clown judges.

I’m not sure he proved himself a viable candidate in 2012. Perhaps taking him out will allow a more viable Republican candidate to arise.

A DA can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich without much effort.

It’s now splashed all over drudge for the world to see that that the DA is a lush. I don’t think the Dems thought this one through.

You know what would be awesome? If somebody sprung a million dollars or so to create a TV ad that basically consists of tape of the DA's arrest where she's cussing out the deputies and slurring like a rap star, and then ran it for a week around dinner time in every decent-sized media market in the state.

We need to move our state Capitol out of Austin. The left consistently abuses the Travis County DA’s office to launch political prosecutions. They did it to KBH in the 90s, then Tom Delay, now this to Perry. I’m a defense attorney and I can’t even get my brain around this. It’s absolutely stunning. They want to accuse him of abuse of power? Really? Talk about your all time projection.

Elections are won by contributions. This action discourages contributions.

Is it a coinkydink that Perry is indicted when he sends NG troops to the border and all of a sudden he’s indicted on...(you name what he’s indicted on).

This abuse of power by the DA will chill the actions and speech of any conservative in the legislature.
They are completely undermining our state government by doing this.
I hope the legislature fixes it, and fast.

this is what Palin faced and why she resigned. The Alaska democrats would have done this to her for her entire time in office.

Perry/Walker 2016

They share indictments by Dem hacks.

First of all, he isn’t my governor. While I support sending the NG to the border, Perry’s action with Gardasil is rather odd (a vaccine that hurts more women than it saves?)

Second, Walker isn’t a presidential candidate. He has to much bad press, and being indicted is part of it.

Finally, campaigns are run on perception. The perception of a candidate under indictment is very bad.

However, there is a bright spot. The same charge laid against Perry can be leveled against Obambi. Use part of their play, and use the rules of the left against them.
