He was right to demand her resignation. She either lied to the officer making the arrest or the officers at the jail. She had absolutely no respect for the laws she is supposed to uphold or the system she us in charge of.

Talk about coercion! How many times did she mention she was the district attorney? And not in a nice way. Was this her first offense? Is 45 days the norm? Or was the Judge stressing she is not above the law?
