First of all, he isn’t my governor. While I support sending the NG to the border, Perry’s action with Gardasil is rather odd (a vaccine that hurts more women than it saves?)

Second, Walker isn’t a presidential candidate. He has to much bad press, and being indicted is part of it.

Finally, campaigns are run on perception. The perception of a candidate under indictment is very bad.

However, there is a bright spot. The same charge laid against Perry can be leveled against Obambi. Use part of their play, and use the rules of the left against them.

You really fell for the rat propaganda, didn’t you? Walker beat back the recall and won the recall election by a good margin.

How so? What about separation of powers?

Apart from the rules regarding impeachment, which appear similar at both the Texas and Federal level, there appears to be a big difference regarding the Texas crime known as abuse of power. Why is there no federal equivalent?
