I would not rebuild there. I would let these animals live in the ruins they create. I would cut off all funds to welfare in that area, and there should have immediately been called martial law and a shoot on sight all looters when this began.

This rioting looks more like an excuse to loot than anything even close to grief. Reminds me of the drama involved with Palestinians running through streets showing off dead children. Children used as shields for Hamas weapons caches. It doesn't feel like sadness... it feels like evil taking advantage of a loss...
After the Florida case I learned that witness tampering isn’t a crime there. I wonder if it’s also legal in Missouri. I’m sure Crump looked into it.
