you do not have to. You can get temporary accreditation if you can demonstrate qualifications in another state so as to represent a client

If I were them I would get someone local. He lost the Martin case.

But thanks for the info. I stay away from lawyers. :)

After the Florida case I learned that witness tampering isn’t a crime there. I wonder if it’s also legal in Missouri. I’m sure Crump looked into it.

The PD’s lawyers better get ahead of this in the PR battle. Almost lost the case for Zimmerman.

I can hardly wait to see and hear the friends of the deceased they will call to the witness stand. Her name escapes me but the girlfriend of Trayvon will be hard to top.

He WAS an aspiring rapper...

Complete with pictures from a couple of years ago...just like trayvon.

Some of his “lyrics”:
“My city why people so petty/I rised from the Dead/now you can’t look me in my eyes,” read one.

“Because you neva Believed in me GONE,” said another.

And another: “Grandma raised me better than that.”

If they had subdued him with clubs and tasers, we’d be hearing about the police brutality, just like Rodney King.

Difference is, it is acknowledged that he assaulted the police, there is no way that it can be spun that race was a factor, that the cop shot him because of race. It is acknowledged that he attacked the cop.

Crump, Sharpton, et al will try to make it that the cop attacked Brown because of race - which is a lie. The cop shot because he was attacked. He was attacked in broad daylight.

Brown broke off the attack and fled and the officer shot him several times. I am not excusing or justifying that, but it is not race driven - just adrenalin driven.

The difference from Martin-Zimmerman is that it is not disputed who the attacker was.

“St Skittles II”

Methinks you’re right. The current decedent is being referred to as an “unarmed teenager,” who was shot and killed after an altercation with the police. However, as with the media’s description of the Martin affair, there is no description of the surrounding circumstances that led to the shooting. That very failure to give full details says it was probably a justifiable homicide, given all the as yet undisclosed facts.

You’re right, it is self defense. In that way it is similar. What I was trying to get at is that unlike Martin/Zimmerman it is not disputed who the attacker is here.

Why is it that they never rob and loot when it's a black on black shooting.

There wouldn't be a Quickie Mart or Lik-a store left in Chicago!

How long ago did this happen? And Obama hasn’t yet commented on how the “police acted ‘stupidly’” or “he could’ve been my son”?

I could never understand why they victimize their own neighborhoods. How is that punishing the cops and/or getting justice? But what do I know, I’m just an old white person.

Remember the one when they ordered the kid from Africa and they were teaching him about app-e-tizers? “It’s food you eat... before you eat!” Hilarious!
