Care Deniers: A news story from National Public Radio — of all places — shows the danger of equating health care insurance with health care access, as doctors start to turn away patients bearing ObamaCare cards.
The article quotes Connecticut internist Dr. Doug Gerard explaining why he's refusing to take patients enrolled in two of the three ObamaCare plans.
"I cannot accept a plan," he says, where he is "going to be reimbursed at Medicare rates."
The NPR story goes on to note that "if reimbursement rates to doctors stay low in ObamaCare plans, more doctors could reject those plans."
No kidding.
Anyone who's paid the least bit of attention to existing government health programs could have seen this coming.

Simple fix. Prohibit doctors from rejecting anyone’s insurance. They’re rich. They can afford to eat the loss.

An executive order will pass forcing the doctors to provide care for gratis if need be.
People are dropping out of med school to become tax lawyers.
That, too, was baked into this scheme from Day One.
Our pathetic GOP House majority might have the political courage to stop that for 8 more years.
But, after the 2020 Census, and after the 2022 Congressional re-districting, Democrats will have the LEGAL votes to take permanent control of the White House and Congress.

They’ll just FORCE doctors to accept Obamacare under pain of having their medical license revoked. They’ll call it “Medical Patriotism”.
You’ll be postponing the inevitable. A point will come when “civil discourse”, if you will, will no longer be an option. Best that point be reached sooner, than later, IMO.

Wherever socialism is imposed, not only the producer class but the consumer class learns very ingenious ways of getting around the government mandates.
Russians learned to substitute vodka for drinking water and bread for hog feed, just as one example.
East Germany collapsed because basically one third of the country was employed in spying on their neighbors and enforcing such edicts.
