I know you are joking, these rulings are only a one way street, always. States recognize drivers licenses across the country but consider that all states do not recognize an other states CCW even when they have one of their own.

SO these people move to a state knowing they are not married here, and then complain about the states law.
I don’t like most of the North’s gun laws either but I would not move there.

This is rather like some who are coming to the U.S. because they didn’t like things in their home country & then trying to get their new “home” to change & accomodate them. What this eventually leads to is always the same lowest common denominator.

These outdated terms are so gender biased and confusing. Can't we just say "pervert-partner" to be more inclusive to the entire LGBT community?
Florida does recognize that pretend “marriage” for the sham it is. What more can they ask of FL?
