Another judge decides to thwart the state Constitution.

Anarchy, perversion, and the rule of law means nothing to godless, leftist judges and their enablers.

Does this mean that Delaware has to recognize a Concealed Carry Permit from Florida?

Is a gay widower a man or a woman?

I know you are joking, these rulings are only a one way street, always. States recognize drivers licenses across the country but consider that all states do not recognize an other states CCW even when they have one of their own.

SO these people move to a state knowing they are not married here, and then complain about the states law.

I don’t like most of the North’s gun laws either but I would not move there.

All these homosexuals are doing is judge shopping while the media here are in black out mode, and yet again this is South east FL

This is rather like some who are coming to the U.S. because they didn’t like things in their home country & then trying to get their new “home” to change & accomodate them. What this eventually leads to is always the same lowest common denominator.

a Pennsylvania widower whose husband

These outdated terms are so gender biased and confusing. Can't we just say "pervert-partner" to be more inclusive to the entire LGBT community?

Florida does recognize that pretend “marriage” for the sham it is. What more can they ask of FL?
