World's top PR companies rule out working with climate deniers

Good points, I agree — to a point. I was going to mention the AGW bias in the MSM — which has meant an easy ride for any PR firms on the AGW side. The real challenge has been getting the “denier’s* side out.

Fortunately, the MSM are no longer the only open communications channel. If they won’t carry the message, there are alternatives, such as the “blogosphere”. But, you’re right — it won’t be easy.

Still, this is an opportunity for upstarts.

I read the whole, rather long, article.

Only one “denier” PR firm is discussed.

That firm works for the American Petroleum Institute, but no examples of “disinformation” are provided.

All the other PR firms in the article are avid supporters of global warming “science,” carbon taxes, alternate energy projects, and stricter environmental laws.

“The Guardian” has no understanding of - or interest in - the fact that 99% of “deniers” get ALL their information from independently funded Conservative websites.

PR firms funded by oil companies have no impact at all on the “Denier vs. Warming” debate.
