Talk of impeachment was cooked up by a White House desperate for something to rally Democrats ahead of November’s elections, House Speaker John A. Boehner said Tuesday, flatly ruling out any action on the controversial suggestion.
“We have no plans to impeach the president. We have no future plans,” Mr. Beohner said. “Listen, it’s all a scam started by Democrats at the White House.”

As much as I think he is a RINO traitor, I believe him in this regard. It is just a ploy by Democrats to draw out blacks and other victim groups in this coming November election.

He also SHOULD say
“yes, there are sufficient grounds for impeachment, but that would be a futile gesture - so we’ll attempt to keep a check on executive overreach through the power of the purse.”
It’s Boehner that should be impeached..
Valerie Jarrett saw this as a rallying cry and sent forth the message, Whitey wants to impeach the Black Man.
Tell me again how the Democrats’ impeachment proceeding against the popularly re-elected Richard Nixon hurt them at the ballot box in 1976?
Was the Watergate break-in significantly worse than the Fast & Furious gun running to narcoterrorists in Mexico (which is partially being blamed for the “need” for sanctuary for Hispanic “refugees”)?
Was it worse than using the IRS to harass and stall political opposition groups during the 2010 and 2012 election cycles and then lying to Congress about it (”it was the actions of a few rogue employees in Cincy!”) and destroying the emails after they’d been requested (”the dog ate my harddrive and so I switched to instant messaging”)?
How about partnering with foreign powers to violate our border security and stuff hundreds of thousands of foreign nationals in states across this nation (none of which are where Democrat battleground states)?

The crying part is that he’s been unable to find either his spine or his nuts!
He’s been trying to do some egregious things to foment impeachment.
The calculation has been to save the democrats by rallying the base.
As it stands, Obama will go down in history as the worst thing ever to hit this country bar none. Even the Civil War didn’t cause the nation to evaporate.
This joker has taken the country to a no-return status. No matter who wins in the future, the damage is inescapable.

Impeach and remove Mr. Obama from office. Whether or not the Progressives/Marxists/Socialists use the action for a rallying cry is of no importance. Save America.
It’s another OJ Jury moment. Everyone knows he’s guilty, but he’s going to get a pass because of his skin color.
Just about the only thing that can minimize democratic party damage in the 2014 elections is if people believe that the GOP will try to impeach Obama in 2015.
Boehner is correct.
A first year prosecutor already knows you DO NOT GO to trial unless you are sure you can prosecute.
