This is well-written and up-to-the minute information on the fraud and corruption in Mississippi.

McDaniel camp now claiming to have found 8300 ballot irregularities.

Calls on Hosemann to explain ballot access rules by next Wednesday.

This is good fighting. Staying in front of the news on a daily basis often multiple times per day. Prevents leftist news media from getting a toehold on the headlines.

That should be enough to over turn the election. However will justice prevail?

“In the large majority of Mississippi’s counties, our volunteers have been greeted warmly by conscientious Circuit Clerks who take their jobs very seriously,” McDaniel continued.

“Sadly, however, our volunteers have been unable to gain complete access to unredacted poll books in approximately 58 counties, and also have not been granted access to absentee records in approximately 24 counties,” McDaniel said. “Unfortunately we have had to pursue further legal remedies in order to gain access to election records,” McDaniel said. “In addition, even though we’ve been granted access to poll books in many counties, we have often not been allowed to view Democratic and Republican books at the same time, cross referencing next to impossible.”

“As a result of the misleading information coming from the Secretary of State’s office, many Clerks were confused about proper disclosure of election materials to the candidates. This has forced the Clerks and my team to needlessly expend resources on mandamus requests for materials that the statutes clearly say I am entitled to review,” McDaniel stated.

“Thankfully most of the Clerks understood that our request was not a public document request, but was a request made by a candidate or designee. The records were therefore not subject to redaction, and access should have been granted,” he continued.
“Under Mississippi state law, the candidate’s designee has the unfettered right to review unredacted poll books. Sadly, Mr. Hosemann’s attorney Kim Turner disseminated inaccurate information which apparently confused some the Clerks with respect to the ability of candidates and designees to view election records,” said McDaniel .

“It appears the message Delbert Hosemann’s office sent to Circuit Clerks was intended to confuse the Clerks so as to prevent full and unfettered access and disclosure of the poll books to our volunteers,” McDaniel continued.
“Secretary of State Hosemann should clarify the policy for the Clerks so my campaign’s designees can be granted access to election records,” he said.

“Our volunteers will continue to examine those election records they’re able to gain access to, and on Wednesday, July 16th, we will hold a press conference in Jackson to discuss the evidence we have documented and our next steps,” McDaniel concluded.

McDaniel should set a tight time period of discovery. Submit the results to a legal entity and await that verdict. If Cochran is seen to be the winner after this is done, McDaniel needs to move on. This interparty warfare gives the Dem candidate a new advantage of appearing more stable and consistent.

McDaniel is fighting the good fight. His supporters have already revealed in abundance that the Cochran campaign plays dirty.

He deserves our support, so even if the powers in Mississippi make him a martyr, his experiences confronting the corrupt GOP-E will not be forgotten elsewhere.

There will be a challenge first and soon to the State GOP and MS SOS Office who will for sure reject it because they are part and parcel to the fraud and corruption.

Then the challenge will be filed in a state court. I have no knowledge of when it would be expected to be heard. But, Chris McDaniel has expressed that the first challenge will be filed next week and I think there is also a deadline then.

So estimating the court challenge will be filed the week after next if not late next week, then the court should hear the McDaniel Campaign by late August, possibly sooner. I estimate with a wave of the hand that arguments will last a week and a decision will be forthcoming by mid-September.

Now assuming the decision goes against McDaniel in state court, he then has to walk on over to federal court and file for a federal injunction against MS state election law barring him from running as an independent or as a write-in.

Now he can print a million stickers with his name as part of a write-in campaign and have them available via his volunteers at every voting poll station and he can ask the federal court to enjoin the state of MS to send a write-in sticker to every absentee ballot address.

I think he will prevail in state court but it is now clear that MS has a lot of Barbour gang members in every nook and cranny of that state. On the other hand there are still a lot of fine lawyers, judges and courtrooms in Mississippi that take justice seriously.

We will see.

This is what is wrong with our party - they lay down, give up and move on - to their own detriment. The DEMS NEVER move on - NEVER! I’m sick of our side just letting this corruption continue.

We have found over 8,300 questionable ballots cast

That's enough for a new election -- and a criminal investigation.

I agree with research99, this case in Mississippi has changed the game.

We now know that this is not a fight between republicans and democrats. This is a fight between republican-democrats and tea party-conservatives.

What has happened and seen cannot be unseen. The bell has already rung and there’s no way to unring the bell.

This is lethal to the republican party.

I do believe we could see a new party emerge and this party would be viable and capable of forming a coalition of the majority.

A realistic estimate of the new majority coalition would comprise:

* 15-20 million of the base (former republicans)
* 18-22 million of independents
* 6 million Perot blue collar voters
* 2 million Reagan democrats
* 2 million libertarians

All in all about 43-52 million voters.

And then there is a ‘wake effect’ of drawing in more republicans after they have searched their hearts and see the viability of the new party.

Although together the democrats and republicans could garner more voters in total, the democrats and republicans would not be able to overcome separately the numbers of the new party, and there is no possibility that those two parties would merge officially any time soon.

What will make all this a reality is about $100 million which is $5-$10 from each voter. It’s doable and yours truly is working on it daily.

McDaniel should give a real good, inspirational speech about why he wants to be a US Senator for Mississippi. Stop talking about the fraud for awhile and lay out a vision.

They only way he'll maintain support through the process is to have people believe he should be the Senator from Mississippi. JMHO

With some 130,000,000 popular votes across the county your analysis depends upon where the
40-53 million votes are generated. When it all said and done the election is currently
decided in a select few states. How a shift would occur to put a 3rd party in place is yet to
be determined. Perot got something like 20 million in ‘92 and 8 million in ‘96. Things
change and maybe the public will see things differently this time around.

I agree. Switch it up. Go after Childers, too, and act like the presumed nominee that he is. And when folks question him, mention 8,300 invalid ballots and Cochran's dementia.

Ain’t that the truth?
It’s embarrassing being connected with weak sisters like Ann Coulter “concerned” about what Democrats and others think about us.
I hope McDaniel fights until the last dog dies.

The best political demographic analysts came to the same general conclusion regarding the presidential election of 2012.

It was the 6 million+ strong blue collar ‘Perot’ demographic that would not under any circumstances vote for Romney. And Obama was never even a consideration.

So those 6 million+ voters ‘stayed home’ or ‘sat it out’ or ‘left it blank’. But they will certainly be there for a conservative that they TRUST.

The republican party has lost TRUST and they don’t think it’s necessary to gain it, why?

I saw the signs in the second term of the Bush presidency. I saw clear symptoms during the 2008 campaign of John McCain. It became painfully obvious in the 2012 Romney campaign.

Where and when did it start and why? The republican party leadership tried as hard as they could to pass ‘comprehensive immigration reform’ in 2006. This is where the base revolted and more importantly revenues and donations to the republican leadership and campaign orgs started to decline.

Grasp that last part for a minute: revenues and donations dried up.

It is unfortunate to see unintended consequences arise in the logic of a conservative voter who decides he or she has had enough of the GOP and their betrayal or lack of faithful representation. The logic is simple “If those republicans want more of my money, they are going to have to talk the talk and walk the walk” and so on. One would hope that the GOP would get the message and change their views and positions.

But that’s not what happened.

During the 2000s, property values went through the roof in a gigantic bubble and life in and around the Beltway became quite expensive. Money was and became more so the overriding consideration of political operations. Principles and promises were ‘nice talk’ but everyone knew what was truly important. Republicans in DC and other parts, realizing that revenue and donations were in decline, could not find funds to close the gap and they could no longer make a closing sales pitch to the base because there was very little TRUST.

So what did they do? They phoned fat cats via their law firms on K street and Wall Street. They went on a search of wealthy candidates to sell their skill set of running campaigns. They found Carly Fiorina, and Meg Whitman and John McCain (wife inherited mob-tied hard liquor business) and Mitt Romney and anyone else that wanted to buy a seat at the gambling table of elections. And there were all kinds of way to reduce candidates upfront out of pocket expense through reimbursements to campaigns which could be kept regardless if the candidate won or lost. Seats were for sale. Principles were not so important. Of course candidates were coached and briefed on what to say and how to say it and some of the candidates like McCain and Romney were very good liars.

So there it is. The republican leadership doesn’t give a damn about our views on limited government or our tax situations. For sure they will look concerned as they choose how to parce their words to voters.

Government itself relies less and less on the taxpayer. Most taxes are just transfer payments to social security and medicare and other entitlements. The bloat of government is financed via deficit spending, the Federal Reserve credit card so to speak.

Here’s the mindset of a typical DC pol or hack:

“If I have virtually unlimited credit, why do I need to go and earn a salary? I can pay my interest payments with more borrowing. Well I might act like I am working only because there is a principle out there of a work ethic and I don’t want to run afoul of people’s views of that principle. So I’ll just kind of tell everybody what they want to hear. And if I am good at it, then I get to continue living the lie.”

And then there are pathological liars in DC that are such good liars because they actually believe their own lies or lies that others have persuaded them to adopt, for example Lindsey Graham claiming the SC Coast Line was receding and sea levels were arising due to man-made global warming.

So all the above is describing how the GOP is finished, for now. If their current leadership ever abandoned the GOP carcass, I would bet that same leadership would be looking for positions with the democrats or some media contracts to mark time with.

My bet is there is a coalition of voters that badly want the federal government to be trustworthy. Any chart of the trust or favorability of the White House or Congress over the last 5 decades shows a general trend downwards. The people that are shaking their heads at those in government, these same people would jump at an opportunity to nod their heads for leaders they can TRUST.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m a supporter and a contributor to Chris McDaniel, but I can’t find any place where he said he has 8300 ballot irregularities. Where did that number come from?
