No. Today is the last day of election certification. So now that the results are certified, McDaniel can submit a challenge to the Republican Party of Mississippi (they’ll reject it). He then goes to a judge to get either a stay pending investigation, or an invalidation.

We went through this in Washington when the democrats stole a gubernatorial election with the help of a timid attorney general and a judge who wore earrings. Like the Washington election; this election should not even be certified!
