RNC Statement on June Jobs Report
GOP ^

Posted on 07/03/2014 3:48:21 PM PDT by ObamahatesPACoal

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus released the following statement on today’s jobs report:

“We’re glad to see some Americans found work last month, but we can’t rest until jobs are easy to find. That’s why Republicans have passed dozens of jobs bills in the House of Representatives. Sadly, Democrats in Washington, DC, have other priorities. The most recent GDP numbers not only revealed that the economy slowed down in the first quarter; they also showed that Democrat policies are wrong for the economy.

(SNIP)

We need a Republican majority in the Senate so we can get job-creating legislation to the president’s desk and job-killing policies like ObamaCare out of the way of American workers.”

Seeing as how the jobs numbers are a complete fantasy, that sounds more like he’s running interference for them, which he is. GOPe, the junior partners of the Progressive Movement.

Way too polite to make the evening news...

Its the right message but the wrong stage.

This should be delivered by John Boehner, in a scheduled statement from the floor.

The GOP couldn’t even figure out that full-time jobs dropped, it is only part-time jobs that gained?

Another epic fail from Priebus. These numbers are crap, pulled from somebody's rectum. How stinking hard would it be to point out the fraudulent methodology that produces these figures and that the real unemployment figure is twice this.

Rhetorical question, I know, but if the economy is so stinking good, why do Obie's approval numbers just stink???
