Judge Debra Nelson has ruled in favor of NBC in a defamation lawsuit filed by George Zimmerman.
Zimmerman filed the lawsuit in December 2012, saying NBC aired an edited version of the call he made to 911 right before his confrontation with 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

How the hell weren’t they able to get another judge on this? Doesn’t she have a conflict?

Well, this turns out to be a double-patty nothing burger so far, but I’ll be far from shocked if it turns out to be the case.
I’ve been getting my hopes dashed regularly going back to the Clinton years. Seems like every situation that has liberal vs conservative perspectives goes against us, no matter the evidence or common sense issues involved. It seems like we live in a upside down country these days.
It’s hard keeping your spirit when your point of view is ALWAYS considered wrong, backwards or racist.

Hey take heart, SCOTUS just slammed obama 9-0 last week on recess appointments so that’s something atleast.
This ignoramus judge should be a candidate for impeachment when (and if) America returns to normal.
What a difference twenty years makes. Richard Jewell would not receive justice in today's courts.
I just hope Zimmerman maintains his grip. He’s a marked man, much like Sagon Penn or Rodney King.

The ruling doesn’t surprise me.
So, since ‘being literal’ is so important on matters that are a priority for the liberal MSM, permit me to set the record straight (on the basis of the literal wording of the headline above):
“Sen. Ted Kennedy, accused KILLER for 40 years, joined his victim, Mary Jo Kopechne, on 8/25/2009”
Shameful he didn’t meet the same fate.
