Hildabeast, and/or friends of Hildabeast see the writing on the wall. With all these scandals, the rapidly deteriorating international stage, and Obozo steadily declining in opinion polls, Hildabeast's advisers know they must position her as more moderate and less insane than Obozo.

There's not a dime's worth of difference between the ideology of Obozo and Hildabeast. Her history (missing FBI files anyone?) proves that she would be, if anything, more eager than Obozo has been to use the NSA and IRS against her political enemies.
