My husband LOVES that movie! And he laughes, which verifies he likes it. He says that funny line, too, “I was born a poor black child...”.
I must admit to a bit of schadenfreude when during the 2008 race, the Obama campaign threw the Clintons into the Klan Korner. And this was after Slick Willy was the first black president and all the sucking up he did to the race hustlers. After all that and he’s just another Klan member to all the Obamatons. That should have told the Clintons something about the loyalty of black voters, but I doubt they’ll learn. Hillary will try to suck up to black voters in 2016.
The Clintons deserved what Obama did to them. They were always bigots, they had it coming.
Obama called them out for the phonies they were, maybe just to distract folks from seeing what a phony he was. LOL!

The suit, if there were one, would be against Ed Klein for writing something damaging to another.
Source is irrelevant. Whether it is claimed to be fact or fiction is irrelevant.
The only issue is damage done...if such damage is not grounded in fact.
The rules for defamation of character vary from state to state but there are standard elements:
The defaming matter should be published,
It must be false,
it must be injurious, and
It must be unprivileged (i.e.not made in court).
BTW, Ed Klein’s book is published by the conservative book house Regnery Publishing. They know a thing or two about avoiding lawsuits.
Yes, but Hillary is a public figure and subject to rumor and fact. I’m saying fictitious sources won’t be suing any time soon. :)
