Sometimes it is hard to read humor/irony on message boards.
We need a campaign to make the faux word “homophobia” ridiculous.
Even here on FR, though, there are those who use it without irony, and even use the word “gay” as though doing so were not participation in mortal sin.

Juan Diego Peron, pedophile and Nazi, and his hildebeest Eva the mina (prostitute), were the beginning of the end of decency in Argentina.
If these mental deviants don’t like life out of the closet then they shouldn’t have come out.
i was born in El Paso, lived in Del Rio, and a very long time near Houston.
I had a lot of Hispanic friends.
The names we called each other back then would get us all in
trouble now days.
No one’s feelings were hurt.

“The Spanish” is a made up concept. There are Castillians, Catalans, Galicians....
My family are Catalans, although they moved to Cuba in the 1800’s. We have some neighbors who are pure Catalan and they speak it to their children. It sounds nothing like Spanish.
