IRS CANCELLED Contract with Email-Storage Firm Weeks After Lerner’s Computer Crash

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) cancelled its longtime relationship with an email-storage contractor just weeks after ex-IRS official Lois Lerner’s computer crashed and shortly before other IRS officials’ computers allegedly crashed.

The IRS signed a contract with Sonasoft, an email-archiving company based in San Jose, California, each year from 2005 to 2010. The company, which partners with Microsoft and counts The New York Times among its clients, claims in its company slogans that it provides “Email Archiving Done Right” and “Point-Click Recovery.” Sonasoft in 2009 tweeted, “If the IRS uses Sonasoft products to backup their servers why wouldn’t you choose them to protect your severs?

Prison is the only thing that will stem the tide of lawlessness from this Government.

Special Council NOW and the perp walk for many who obstruct justice.

Obama’s Blackness will matter little in the open court of law.

Justice must be openly pursued and the public must watch.

As the contracted e mail archiver there has to be ‘by law’ a paper copy of the e mails that Sonasoft was responsible for in that time frame....because they were being paid to do the e mail protection. If they did not do it....that has nothing to do with what they should have done.

There's a fear of 'black backlash' and mass civil disobedience if anyone dare touch the black Messiah in the WH with impeachment, etc..

But wait a minute here.. What's WORSE, mass black civil disturbance or Obama's continued widespread destruction of America both domestically and abroad?

I say, confront Obama with impeachment and/or criminal prosecution and deal with the backlash as it comes.

Let there be a “blacklash”. As we have seen before they will burn down their own places (and this time we tell our politicians NO money for the animals). Once they are done with their own areas and start to trounce other area’s, they will be shot. I know I am not letting some racist bastards damage my property or assault me.

Kickbacks! Oh, yeah. It’s pretty much guaranteed that there are Kenyan/dimokrat kickbacks involved in all these contracts since 2009. Assuming otherwise would mean not paying attention for the past five years. That’s why we can’t seem to cut feral spending-—the dims would take a cut.

The crashed hard-drive story is so over-the-top that it reeks of red herring. Lois Lerner, et al., knew that they were engaged in illegal activities. They knew that official communications get archived and are subject to FOIA requests and subpoenas. Isn’t it likely that a substantial portion of the most damning e-mails were never in official government accounts, but were sent on private accounts on personal smart-phones, laptops, etc.?

A special prosecutor with an investigative staff is needed immediately. I believe there is no SP law currently. The Dem’s will fight tooth and nail to stop a real investigation from happening. Now is the time to force them into covering up the cesspit they have created. Even stupid voters know this is preposterous corruption.

When all those people who didn’t sign up for “free healthcare” don’t get their refunds next year, EVERYONE will know all about the IRS.

You know, if things ever let loose in this country, I wouldn’t want to live within a couple miles of anyone who was ever associated with that agency.

Big difference between this and Watergate.

The media would do anything to destroy Nixon.

The media will do anything to protect Obama.

It is because close to half of the voters in this country do NOT pay taxes, so why should they care.

True, but there was further scuttlebutt about “recycling” the drive, which could mean destruction of the disks and/or heavy-duty wiping of the drive along with pulverizing the drives. But again, this data IS stored elsewhere. They simply need to get it before Odumbos cronies get it.

This thread is living proof of how much misinformation, bad information and outright guesses in lieu of the real facts we have to deal with when it comes to the IRS scandal. That’s really not intended as a criticism. It is simply an observation.

This makes things easier - now find the person that cancelled the contract & get the details. (who made the decision under what circumstances)

Next, find the company hired to take over this critical responsibility, and examine the transition plan.

No, you are wrong again.

The IRS was leasing software from them. That was their only responsibility, to provide software. The IRS retained the legal obligation to retain paper copies of documents.

And the contract was only for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, not the department where Lois Lerner worked.
