No, you are wrong again.

The IRS was leasing software from them. That was their only responsibility, to provide software. The IRS retained the legal obligation to retain paper copies of documents.

And the contract was only for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, not the department where Lois Lerner worked.

Always remember... Lois Lerner is an attorney and held to a higher standard.

“The IRS retained the legal obligation to retain paper copies of documents.”

Not sure why you think you know what no one else does....
So you work for the IRS or Sonasoft?

IF YOU PAY SOMEONE TO BACK UP YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH A CONTRACT, THEN THE OBLIGATION IS THEIRS IF THE CONTRACTS READ THUS....WHICH WOULD MAKE SENSE.

Now I’m done with this subject....move on...

Thanks but nothing on the net ever disappears completely no matter whose duty it is to have custody of it. archives.org. Nothing ever disappears and if it did, this is RICO Act prosecution as well as high crimes and misdemeanors.
