Seems to me this is more of a “f*** you” to Congress. Executive branch is out of control and what do they care at this point?

I shouldn’t comment ... I’ll grow angry. No wasting of the lies, do they?

Impossible. hillary has records on everyone. Elect her and she may produce them, like the Rose law firm billing records

Obama and his administration are computer science deniers.

Youd think they would’ve run this idea by someone in the IT Dept to find out if it was really a feasible claim to make...

I bet that Eric Snowden could find those emails in five minutes, if somebody wanted to smuggle him into the states as a favor.

So, if the IRS’ computers are this vulnerable, unreliable, and prone to fail, NO ONE SHOULD PAY TAXES OR RELEASE ANY INFORMATION TO THE IRS until such time that these emails are produced, and multiple people are prosecuted and jailed. I want pensions revoked, property seized, and a perp walk down the line of chain of command until someone coughs it all up.

So the challenge is what will it take to force the release of those emails and who or what organization has the power and will to compel the Regime to obey law and regulation? Anyone?

Liberals seem to not only lack competence, but also not to know they lack competence. So, you have Hillary who apparently Googles her own translation of the Russian word for “reset.” You have Michelle who launches a school lunch program with no knowledge of food or kid’s preferences. Now you have somebody who knows nothing about IT coming up with a reason not to provide Learner’s emails. I am so thankful that none of these people are competent. They don’t have a Goebbels or a Rommel. If they did we’d be in trouble.

IRS Commissioner previously testified they had and reviewed Lerner’s emails:

18 minutes of Nixon tapes vs. two years of emails. Where is the outrage?

Anybody with two functioning brain cells knows these Lener email aren't "lost" ...

Obama is pissing on Congresses leg...

Holder is Obama consigliere in his criminal enterprise and the Congressional House can't do jack unless the Senate goes to the GOP...

Lerner’s “inbox” is a file in a directory. It contains email from all senders, both internal and external. Likewise for the “sent” e-mail, it is a file in a directory and it contains email sent to all recipients, both internal and external.

A disk failure corrupting the inbox file is not going to selectively destroy only email from external senders.

A disk failure corrupting the sent file is not going to selectively destroy only email sent to external recipients.

A disk failure corrupting so precisely BOTH these files.... is a Mount Everest of BS.

In my previous job, we were “advised” not to send e-mails that could be deemed non-professional. Even though we might erase said emails from our personal Outlook or Lotus Notes files, they were BY LAW backed up regularly to secure offsite servers.

In other words, if a private corporation claimed to have “lost” 2 years of e-mails from their CEO, the government fines probably would be sufficiently high to pay off a day or two of the National Debt.
