The issues to be considered at a “convention of states” can be limited by each state using the same limiting language in their petition to Congress. Again, you are confusing people because you don’t understand the proposed process. Get the facts first, then engage.

An actual "Constitutional Convention" is itself illegal and unconstitutional.
Thank you for correcting the misconception that an Article V Convention would be a Con-Con. Also, anything that an Article V Convention proposes must be ratified by three-fourths of the States in order for the proposal to become part of the Constitution; same as when the Congress has proposed an amendment.
