Peace, Abathar,

Bailey will win on name recognition alone here I believe.

I knew Bill had the name recognition advantage, but I'm the stronger candidate who better represents the average citizen within IN09.

Sorry but there is no way you would take on Young this year anyway with a D at the end of your name no matter how much you try to convince people you’re a DINO.

Actually, I believe this would have been the year to unseat Todd. He's generated a lot of ill will with his votes and voters from all sides are unhappy with him. I had elected Republicans and Tea Partiers who told Me they would vote for Me in November.

Hope you didn’t spend too much of your own money on this, but I think you’re getting your butt kicked here in Martinsville right now.

I'll happily compare My RoI (votes/dollars spent) with anyone in this campaign.

Peace, Vigilanteman,

Do the polls REALLY open at 6:30 am in Indiana?

No, they open at 0600!

I counted up all the votes casts in the US senate race in NC. GOP had somewhere in the neighborhood of 10,000 more.
If the same voters show up in November Kay Hagan is toast.
She’s been a terrible US senator, only winning, and barely at that, when the Kenyan BARELY won the state in 2008.

Wow! Don't they close early as well?

Sounds like a good system to suppress the "midnight basketball crowd" vote. Don't they complain that it is "racist"?

Peace, campaignPete R-CT,

glad to see ya running, regardless of whatever comments ya get. Don’t let the turkeys get you down, which is a required slogan for any conservative putting his name on the ballot.

I'm not giving up. The United States is too valuable not to keep fighting for. Thank you for your kind words.

I saw his website and I liked all that I read, agree on almost all of it, but I didn't see anything related to energy policy and drilling here in our own lands to become energy independent and as a job growth mechanism. Does anybody know where he is on OIL EXPLORATION especially on federal lands and home soil refineries?

The Democrats in North Carolina are in, and have been in, full panic mode. Tons of money were spent by both sides, Tillis to fend off his challengers and, Hagan to get a huge primary vote out!!! Tillis accomplished his goal, which now forces the Hagan Democrats to spend millions much earlier they would have liked. The Tillis win last night was devastating to Hagan’s campaign.

Had Tillis not won, there would have been a runoff, with bitter feelings and gobs of campaign money being spent and two months would have passed where Hagan did not have a defined candidate!!! All positives have emerged for Tillis...at this point.

Tillis now must immediately begin to totally destroy Kay Hagan politically, day after day, after day!!! She is naught but an Obamabot lock-stepper!!! The advantages to victory are now clearly in the Tillis camp!!! Just remember folks, we are fighting, this coming November, 2014 for the very freedom, liberty, opportunity, and the future of the American Republic, which POTUS Obama and his “Hate America” Obamabot, Democrat Party are working every day to destroy!!!

Indiana, absolutely nothing of interest other than the fact the rats didn’t put up a candidate for Mourdock’s open State Treasurer seat.

I know that there is someone who will be appointed to run at the State convention. I don't recall his name, right now.

Yes, polls close at 1800.

We had to defend our voter ID laws before the USSC. Since we won, other States have followed suit with requiring picture IDs to vote. Yes, some do complain about it.

The whole Republican field in NC was second-tier at best. Thom Tillis is nothing great, but he’s acceptable. I think that Kay Hagan’s massive fundraising spooked several better candidates.

Nothing much happened in Indiana’s primaries. Locally, a county commissioner was defeated in the Republican primary, which was a surprise. The turnout was almost record low, which had something to do with it.

Tillis isn’t the strongest candidate that could have been chosen but he’s high second tier at the very WORST.

The others like Brannon, third tier or below (I don’t know how many tiers we should have).

In the general, Tea Party Members (real Conservatives) should vote AGAINST Thom Tillis, even if it puts in our enemies.
NO MORE "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS", NO MORE RINOs ! ! !
They're worse than Democrats ! ! !

The only thing I find about his stance on energy is that some lady who sounds like a lib complained about one of his appointees to a state board.

http://www.wral.com/news/state/nccapitol/blogpost/11356113/

And that he voted yes on allowing fracking in 2012.

Running 5 or 6 or 7 new guys against an incumbent is always going to help the incumbent win. They should all get together, pick one candidate and support that candidate and help him or her win. As it is they simply split the votes and the one in office, with all the money and “freinds in high places” will always win.

Which makes me wonder how many “Tea Party” candidates are plants. The Tea Party didn’t work for one reason. It wasn’t a party.

And a Florida carpetbagger, not a real Tar Heel.

Be careful how you call Floridians carpetbaggers. First off, it's a far more pro-gun state than NC. You basically owe the entire concept of "SHALL ISSUE" ccw and "Stand Your Ground" laws to Florida. Next, the only CONFEDERATE capital never captured by the Yankees in the War of Northern Aggression was ..... Tallahassee, FL.
