Warren Buffett's crude oil trains compete with the (now) shelved Keystone pipeline.

It seems Warren Buffett isn't "spreading the wealth around" enough. Not enough for Andrew Cuomo in an election year, that's for sure. Hence Cuomo is nationalizing this issue.

See, StatusCuomo needs the money to help his new Communist buddy DiBlasio, mayor of NYC. To finance a mandatory pre-K program for all five boroughs requires some big, big bucks. And DiBlasio found out early on that the leftist idiots that got him into office are not about to pony up any more money - paying for campaign promises are for somebody; anybody else.

Unless the Keystone XL pipeline is built, the railcars will keep moving crude, that is until the Canadians build the pipeline to BC, and cut off all shipments to the US. The chicoms have plenty of dollars that spend just as well as ours, and are much easier to do business with.
