These politicians are so ignorant it is almost impossible to believe. Pipelines are the safest but will still need transportation from exit pipeline to where oil is processed. Cuomo is an example of an idiot. All communists Democrats are idiots and all Democrats are communists.

All refineries receive oil via pipelines directly. They also may have docks, train and truck unloading facilities, but all refineries are built with pipeline connections.

I should not have said all refineries, but nearly all. Short pipelines are used to transfer from some refineries to docks, or even in-plant pipes.

Cuomo’s not evil - he's just another elite democrat who was born on third and thinks he hit a triple.

In some ways Cuomo's an affirmative action baby.... His college filled the bottom half up with people who couldn't compete easily with the ‘rich kids who had it all handed to them’ so he grew up thinking he was special. Without affirmative action Cuomo would have been closer to the bottom... along with John Kerry and other ‘more money than brains’ types.
