Too bad nobody stopped Clinton when he grabbed all that Utah soft coal for the benefit of his Indonesian benefactors.

Wendy Davis strongly opposes any potential seizure of private property by Texans from the Bureau of Land Management,
As written, this statement implies that Texans are
seizing private Property from the BLM, or perhaps
I’m mistaken??

Congress can change that any time it wants to.Are you kidding. Congress, both the Senate and the House are no longer interested is Americans but their greed. The Southwest States are owned by the Federal Government and can be destroyed any time they want. Congress never goes to the people and listen. Representatives are a joke and nothing but lying wind bags for the most part. America is more closely a communists controlled clan than a Constitutional land.

Liberty-minded Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, who is also the front-runner in the race for governor and has earned a national reputation for standing up to federal abuses, offered the most forceful rebuke of the BLM so far. I am about ready to go to the Red River and raise a Come and Take It flag to tell the feds to stay out of Texas, Gassed up and waiting for the word.
Hijinks will ensue. Ain't even playin'.

How is land managed by BLM considered “private property”?

The woman is an idiot.

In the Eyes of a Ranger
The unsuspecting stranger
Had better know the truth of wrong from right
Cause the eyes of the Ranger are upon you
Anything you do he's gonna see
So when you're in Texas look behind you
Cause that's where the Rangers gonna be!

I think she is too stupid to write a correct sentence.

The coal grab in Utah was entirely on the basis of an executive order that created a “National Monument”, ostensibly to protect something called the Escalante red-rock region.
And when Bush had the opportunity to modify this executive order with one of his own, he failed to act.

My thinking is that after they grant the 30-50 million criminal invaders citizenship they will need a place to live. So in swoops the BLM to confiscate property and up pops thousands of Section 8 Housing developments for the newly minted social parasites...
Works out great for the Commies in charge. They get 50 million new Democrat voters and most will vote in Texas.
Which all of a sudden in controlled by newly minted citizens...
