Will IRS Revoke Media Matters Tax-Exempt Status? Chairman Brock is ‘Democratic Political Activist’
The Gateway Pundit ^ | Wednesday, April 23, 2014 | Kristinn Taylor

The IRS is demonstrating vigor in enforcing the rules for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations against influencing elections with its recent revocation of the tax-exempt status of the conservative Patrick Henry Center for Individual Liberty for anti-Hillary Clinton and John Kerry articles posted to the group’s Web site.

Perhaps the non-partisan Internal Revenue Service will balance the scales of justice by revoking the tax-exempt status of the Democratic Party front group Media Matters for America.

The IRS won’t have to look far for evidence. The Twitter profile of Media Matters Chairman David Brock would be a good place to start. There Brock proudly identifies himself as a “Democratic political activist.”

Brock uses the Twitter account to conduct Media Matters business as demonstrated in this tweet cc’d to former CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson on Tuesday.

A look at Tuesday evening’s home page for Media Matters shows several articles attacking and defending potential 2016 presidential candidates. Curiously, Democrat Hillary Clinton is defended in several articles while Republican Ben Carson is attacked.

Fox’s Erick Erickson: Hillary Clinton “Is Going To Be Old” In 2016, “I Don’t Know How Far Back They Can Pull Her Face”

The Hypocrisy Of Peggy Noonan’s “Modest” Attack On Hillary Clinton

Fox Surprised Public Isn’t Buying Its Efforts To Smear Clinton

6 Things You Should Know About Conservative Media Darling Dr. Ben Carson

Several of the recent articles defending Hillary Clinton are listed under the ‘Elections’ page at Media Matters which ought make it pretty clear to the IRS who Media Matters is supporting for the 2016 presidential election.

Or inappropriate ones?

Some say, “the next republican administration should do the same to left leaning organizations.”

But they will get caught and be held accountable. The reason being: the media.

The media is silent on these stories... nothing to see here. And nobody in this administration is being held accountable. But if the tables get turned, and a Republican administration targets leftwing groups. Well, that will be broadcast far and wide with 24hour marathon coverage and special reports. Thus the attention will force someone to be held accountable.

But, for now, the big story is: “Nothing to see over there... look this way and you will hear racist remarks from domestic terrorist Cliven Bundy?”

I always wonder why ‘democrat’ gets liberals’ panties in a wad.
It upsets the women too.

Aw, you can raise the bar of polite conversation, and not refer to David Brock as a light-loafered, sashaying protein burper.

Nor should we lower the level of discourse and refer to David Brock as a perfume-douching bedpost-twerking butt-spelunker.

We’re better than that.

Definitely not. The irs is the enforcement arm of this corrupt administration. It is being used to promote the administration’s corrupt goals, such as the suppression and persecution of normal people.

You have a way with words...

Have you ever considered getting into the greeting card business?
