Iran’s Pick for UN Ambassador Banned from Entering US (But Doesn't Mean He'd Be Prevented to Enter)

The White House says the administration won’t grant a visa to Hamid Aboutalebi, who had a role in the 1979 Iran hostage crisis and is Iran’s pick to serve as its ambassador to the UN.

White House press secretary Jay Carney said the administration has told Iran at multiple levels that Aboutalebi’s selection was “not viable.”

The move effectively keeps Aboutalebi out of the country.

But it still isn’t clear whether President Obama will sign legislation that would prevent Aboutalebi from coming here as a matter of law.

But it still isn’t clear whether President Obama will sign legislation that would prevent Aboutalebi from coming here as a matter of law.

Carney said the administration is working to address issues related to the “utility” and “constitutionality” of the legislation — signaling that the White House is weighing whether the bill would be an intrusion on the president’s authority to execute the nation’s immigration laws./i>

In other words, this megalomaniac president is considering not banning the miscreant because that would be an intrusion on the president’s authority to execute the nation’s immigration laws.

So, so far these are the chronology of events
1.White House announces It Won't Grant A visa To Iranian Ambassador (Hey, Hibaji (wink, wink)
2.White House press secretary Jay Carney said the administration has told Iran at multiple levels that Aboutalebi’s selection was “not viable.” (Hey, Hibaji (wink, wink)
3.The move effectively keeps Aboutalebi out of the country (until he feels like doing a practice run to import weapons to be used in the US)
4.But it still isn’t clear whether President Obama will sign legislation that would prevent Aboutalebi from coming here as a matter of law,
(and right now as the president has told the American people, the Iranian will not be allowed to enter the country but says so merely on the basis of lip service declared simply to temporarily allay the anger of the American constituency that has no legal standing to actually ban him, despite what obama says.
5.Carney said the administration is working to address issues related to the “utility” and “constitutionality” of the legislation — signaling that the White House is weighing whether the bill would be an intrusion on the president’s authority to execute the nation’s immigration laws and thus be powerless to allow the Iranian ambassador access to the US.

So, the president says, no, he won't give the Iranian Ambassador a visa but the White House will be working on a way to interpret the alleged banning through the legal hair-splitting process that whichthe banning will be declared an intrusion on the president’s authority to execute the nation’s immigration laws or, in other words, any visa given to the Iranian UN Ambassador must go through the process in which all laws in this country are legislated via the Obama Kangaroo Court System on all things Obama rules on.

Obama To Naive American Morons:I may have said the Iranian gets no visa but it doesn't mean he won't get a visa. And as a matter of fact he probably will, despite having said he would, all of which are the attributes of being President, eligible or not.

If the President vetoes the law, Congress should override the veto.

No one who harmed Americans should be welcome in our country, period.

I refuse to forgive and to forget as God is my witness!

If he pulls that, it will mean impeachment.
