Two men were arrested in connection with the severe mob beating of a suburban motorist who had accidentally hit a 10-year-old boy who stepped in front of his truck, police said Monday.Detroit police Sgt. Michael Woody said a 30-year-old man was arrested Sunday night and a 24-year-old on Monday afternoon. That brings to four the number of people arrested in the assault of 54-year-old Steve Utash after the accident Wednesday.

Its a crime period. That used to be the conservative stance but since victimism infected conservatism we all want everything to be labeled a hate crime.
How long before the ‘justice’ department calls the local prosecutors and tells them to drop the whole thing?

Funny you should mention this because I’m no O’Reilly fan, tv was on at the restuarant with close captioning and so I followed it.

Surely, this has been mentioned, have people heard the fellow who was beat by the crowd was attended by a nurse (black maybe) and the nurse was packing a gun and told people to back off or something like that? Think I’ve heard that. Surely, this has been covered here and I may just be being redundant.

You have it wrong. Since we are now saddled with Hate Crime Laws, we just want those Laws to be enforced evenly.
Ultimately those Laws should be repealed, but that will never happen now that the American People think they are Victims. Victims of what I don’t know, but we have to blame somebody because Life isn’t fair you know.
I wish they would quit saying the motorist “...hit a 10-year-old boy who stepped in front of his truck...”. The idiot group of Yutes were playing some sort of ghetto game where they’d dart in front of oncoming cars and dash back before they were hit. Watching the video numerous times it is clear to me that the kid darted into the side of the passing truck and deflected back about 2 feet. THE KID HIT THE TRUCK AND NOT VICE VERSA.
So it was either that stupid ghetto game or they were trying to engineer a “accident lawsuit lottery” situation.
But I guess it’s too much for the media to actually view the gas station video carefully or, better yet, air a slow motion version of the “accident”.
How do you rest your case? Do you think anyone here supported “Hate Crime Laws” when they were implemented?
My point is that we are saddled with them, but the Law Breaking AG of the US doesn’t treat all Americans the same under that same Law.
Whining about hate crimes is the same as kissing Obama’s ass.
The only real hate crimes are the fake ones.
You are right. HC laws are crap, but what is FAR FAR FAR FAR worse is HC laws used against only whites.
