They have rights in NY? Really? I thought only criminals and liberal politicians (ok, lots of overlap there) had rights there.
Cuomo didn’t just grandstand, he forgot that he is a public servant and must by necessity follow established rules and procedures or else said rules and procedures mean nothing and are voided by malfeasance.
The public servants need to be reminded that they serve us, not the other way around.
I suspect the Dem Establishment will throw Hillary! po the wolves once she has created the diversion for the Press and the Republicans. In 2016, she will be as old as McCain was in 2008, when Big Media decried him too old. The Dems want some young blood. Hillary!s dance gives them time to pick someone younger. Cuomo is an attractive VP candidate, so right now they have to deflect attention. This will not help Cuomo, so will be ignored by Big Media.

I hope it does some good unlike the rally on the mall by what was reported as a handful of patriots. That seems like an eternity ago. It may be our last act of hope and defiance.
