Children’s Court in Massachusetts is set apart from the other Courts. The only Judicial recourse is the State Supreme Court, the one that issued a Judicial Fart-Fiat making the Bay State the first to have Gay marriage.
Are you all seeing now the difference between a “Commonwealth” and a “State”? There IS a Difference!
The judge presumably has been the custodian to the child throughout this process, though Yesterday in his ruling he gave retroactive custody to DCFS back to December. Ask yourself why would he grant retroactive custody? The judge is a coward and he’s backing away slowly, he’s pushing it off on DCFS. Lou Pelletier broke the gag order and the judge will cling to that.
On one side you have many prestigious careers and reputations; on the other is a pre-teen and her hot head dad. The later loses.
What’s the judge going to do if she dies in his custody? Will he be held accountable?

The girl dying is the best case scenario for the powers that be, this problem goes away.
It’s to late to admit they were wrong, they’ll burn for it.
Give this girl any freedom and she might swear out an affidavit of her abuse. Like being hung in a standing rig and force to walk, probably while being told she’s a faker. The psychologist’s career is finished and they all face tens of millions of dollars in liability.

The sister mentioned how swollen the girls feet are. NOT NORMAL for a healthy 15 year old to have swollen feet. I pray for this girl to get the correct medical care and that she can see her family.
