Isn't there any judicial review possible in this case? Isn't this a clear habeas corpus situation?

Children’s Court in Massachusetts is set apart from the other Courts. The only Judicial recourse is the State Supreme Court, the one that issued a Judicial Fart-Fiat making the Bay State the first to have Gay marriage.

The judge presumably has been the custodian to the child throughout this process, though Yesterday in his ruling he gave retroactive custody to DCFS back to December. Ask yourself why would he grant retroactive custody? The judge is a coward and he’s backing away slowly, he’s pushing it off on DCFS. Lou Pelletier broke the gag order and the judge will cling to that.

On one side you have many prestigious careers and reputations; on the other is a pre-teen and her hot head dad. The later loses.
