Children’s Court in Massachusetts is set apart from the other Courts. The only Judicial recourse is the State Supreme Court, the one that issued a Judicial Fart-Fiat making the Bay State the first to have Gay marriage.
The judge presumably has been the custodian to the child throughout this process, though Yesterday in his ruling he gave retroactive custody to DCFS back to December. Ask yourself why would he grant retroactive custody? The judge is a coward and he’s backing away slowly, he’s pushing it off on DCFS.
