A White House aide set off a stampede of liberal media criticism for Internet news pioneer Matt Drudge over Obamacare – but his critics don't seem to understand how small businesses pay taxes . The brouhaha started when Drudge tweeted, “Just paid the Obamacare penalty for not 'getting covered'... I'M CALLING IT A LIBERTY TAX.”

There’s another possible issue here as well. Note the part in the article quoting the White House director of “progressive media” ...

That strikes me as an inherently political/campaign position, therefore a violation of the Hatch Act.

These b@st@rds will get the last laugh i’m afraid. When the Obozocare death spiral begins full swing, the insurance companies (who I might add helped craft ACA) will begin drafting millions from the treasury to offset the shortfall in those young-ins who've not signed up and or paid their premium.

I read an explanation the other day that older folks with preexisting conditions WILL sign up and are a guaranteed draw off the system, what is not happening is young sign ups to offset the draw. Bada bing, bada boom...ACA death spiral.
